COMPANY STORY
Revival Construction Company was originally formed in 2005 and has since grown in size and complexity. This year, we have added many new services, expanded our production capacity, and brought on more dedicated, professional folks who love what they do. The construction professionals who make this company work hold degrees in art, environmental science and other disciplines, including LEED Accredited Professionals, creating a unique team of really neat people who all want one thing: to build great spaces. Below you will find some of the pillars that make up our foundation.
DEDICATION AND PURPOSEFUL WORK
When life has purpose, the results are amazing. Many times, this is the difference between a carpenter and a craftsman. In truth, many of the techniques we use are nothing new and perhaps not so hard to learn. Yet it is the application of that knowledge and its pursuit that make great spaces glow with pride in craft. It is not easy to bring together a group of people who really care about the work they do. We hope that an inspiring community and a sense of place help each of us grow and stay excited.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Part of having purpose means we are constantly thinking of reducing waste, improving efficiency, or otherwise minimizing impact on the environment. Revival has always believed that it is everyone's responsibility to be conscientious, particularly when it comes to environmental issues. As such, we aren't doing anything amazing or noteworthy by recycling cardboard on the job site. Similarly, using environmentally appropriate or recycled materials comes naturally, maybe because it really makes sense. It just feels right to think about building healthy homes that are also warm and inviting.
LIVING THE GOOD LIFE
Contractors continue to point to the frustration of never "finding good help." Well, who wants to work without respect, simply collecting a paycheck and moving onto the next faceless project? By encouraging long-term employment, a challenging atmosphere, and pushing for exciting projects, we try to put the respect back in boring, production level jobs. When you actually have to think about your job to get through the day it becomes less like work and more like life. Building is a great adventure, it is stressful, exciting, and joyful all in one. The last thing construction or homebuilding should be is average or boring. Likewise, with all of the products and design ideas available today your project should be engaging, fun and anything but ordinary.
