Grateful Green Festival/Concert September 27th 2008!




CLINTON TOWNSHIP HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
to host an "Old Housekeeping" seminar  on April 18th, 2008.

The Clinton Township Historic Preservation Commission will be sponsoring a seminar geared towards owners of historic and older homes in New Jersey. This educational event will include information on: maintenance, improving thermal performance/energy efficiency and guidelines/tips for renovating or adding on. Guest speakers will include Michael Margulies, AIA of Eclectic Architecture and Michael Hathaway, principal of Revival Construction. Topics include simple structural evaluation, common problem areas, and weather-stripping techniques to seal out costly drafts. This hands-on event is free and includes light refreshments and a resource and information packet for participants. This seminar will be held at the Annandale Reformed Church, located at 2 West Street, starting at 7pm.  Please come out and join us.
