Oddly enough, our needs have changed in 150 years. This renovation attempted to make an old house more suited for modern living but without losing the delightful charm of a well loved house. We carefully removed walls, opened ceilings, and brought in more light and fresh air to a second living space. A rejuvenated master bathroom is flush with natural light from two new windows and a vaulted ceiling, but cabinets of locally sourced wood and featuring wavy glass panels keep the soft charm of the homes’ antique roots. Some highlights include: custom Revival built-ins, cotton fiber cellulose and spray insulation, air sealing and window upgrades, recycled glass tiles and reclaimed wood flooring.
