SENEY DRIVE
We renovated this 1970’s colonial to suit the needs of a growing family. By adding a simple, clean finished basement with a bathroom we maximized the usable space without adding to the homes footprint.
The master bedroom received a vaulted ceiling insulated with cellulose and a revamped bath space with custom vanities and a large shower. We also installed a transom over the bathroom doors to bring in more natural light and to open up the room visually. In the living room we added a wood burning fireplace with a full brick chimney and handcrafted details like a reclaimed wood mantle and locally made steel brackets.
Major updates to the kitchen include a new tile floor, sustainable made cabinets with concrete countertops and professional series appliances.
